The Buteyko Breathing Association is a non-profit
making organisation committed to improving the health of asthmatics and
those with other breathing related problems.
The objectives of the Association include
:
Promoting public awareness, understanding and use
of the Buteyko method
Regulating the practice of practitioners
through compulsory adherence to a Code of Conduct so as to ensure
public confidence in the Association and its registered members
In the UK, to promote and encourage
the use of the Buteyko method within the National Health Service,
with a view to ultimate acceptance as a part of the service.
