I qualified as a Buteyko teacher in November 2001 having studied with The Australian Buteyko Education & Training Centre.

Currently I see clients part-time from my home in Southgate. The rest of my time is spent working with children and families as an independent social worker.

All age groups benefit from using the Buteyko technique and I see a wide range of clients. However, I do have particular skills in working with children.

Generally I see people individually over a course of four sessions. These are spread over a period of around a month. I will do home visits if clients are too ill to travel and I do teach small groups for example several family members or friends might wish to learn together.

I would also be happy to come and give an introductory talk to any local groups who are interested in Buteyko.
